When you are tasked with transforming a dense, clinical mechanism into something patients can actually understand, science alone will not cut it. The narrative was too abstract to stick. Patients were confused. Doctors struggled to explain it. The story got lost in translation.
So we dug deeper, looking for meaning patients could grasp effortlessly and maybe even share with their doctors. For Nourianz, it came down to a simple analogy: the gas and brake pedals in a car.
